Are you a parent with lived experience of pregnancy, early parenthood or perinatal mental health?

Join the Parents 1st UK Board as a Lived Experience Trustee and help shape the future of our services for parents and families.

Could your experience make a difference?

If you’ve received support from Parents 1st UK during pregnancy or early parenthood, we’d love to hear from you.

  • No trustee experience required
  • Full training and support provided
  • Approximately 4-6 hours per month
  • Voluntary role
