Help improve local Dementia support services

The West Essex CCG (Clinical Commissioning Group) provides GP, memory clinic and hospital consultant services. They want to hear from people with dementia, their carers, families, friends, staff and volunteers, to inform its Development Plan. This is to improve dementia support services locally.
