You’ll have a natural ability to use resources effectively and promote a culture of personal responsibility and accountability.

< Shaping and implementing the strategic care direction of Hamelin Trust.
< Driving research, education, and innovations regarding best evidence-based care for
individuals, families, and communities.
< Ensuring that services are developed in partnership with stakeholders.
< As a member of the SLT, the post holder will also contribute to the broader strategic
development of the organisation.
