Led by Sarah Andrews of Spiral Change & Lesley Holt, this FREE two-hour workshop will aim to cover the following objectives:

• How your thoughts, feeling and behaviour are interconnected

• How we project our thoughts onto others

• To appreciate what might be happening for others

• How people push each other’s buttons

• What is important about being connected

• How to step back from our own thoughts and focus on other people

• The art of being present with others
