Amazon Smile Now Available on Mobile

Posted on: April 1, 2020

Your supporters can now help you to raise money via Amazon Smile when using the Amazon shopping mobile app on Android devices.

Amazon Smile is operated by online shopping service Amazon, and donates 0.5% of the net purchase price (excluding VAT, returns and shipping fees) of eligible purchases to the charitable organisation selected by the user.

Up until recently, users had to visit the Amazon Smile website (smile.amazon.co.uk) to use this service, but now Android users can donate using the Amason Shopping App.

Details on how to add Amazon Smile to the Amazon Shopping App on Android can be found here: https://www.amazon.com/b?ie=UTF8&node=15576745011

If you’re a uk registered charity, you can register to receive donations here: https://org.amazon.co.uk/
