About the Role
The role will provide support to a Quality Assurance team, who carry out reviews of supported housing services across the country, to deliver an external contract.
You will be responsible for quality checking of reports and associated administration, and providing excellent customer care to internal and external customers of the Association.

You should have a keen attention to detail with the ability to plan and organise your own work load. Excellent oral and written communication skills are essential, with a strong focus on customer care. You must be IT literate and be competent in use of standard MS Office packages, to use on a daily basis.
